“Experience of a lifetime”

I booked a Try Dive experience as a surprise for my husbands birthday, neither of us had had any experience, and we were a little apprehensive about what we were going to do, but there was really no need. From the initial contact to book it before we left, to the actual experience was thoroughly professional and incredibly friendly.

We were picked up from our apartment and taken to their office, where we had the induction with Olly. What a star he was. After being fully kitted out and having everything explained of what we were wearing, how the apparatus worked and what we were going to do, we headed down to the beach. Olly was brilliant, patient, explained everything clearly and put us both at ease and wouldn't let us begin without us both being confident to do so. Starting from the beach and walking into the sea, made it less daunting rather than being literally thrown in the deep end. 

The experience was amazing, so good we booked a follow up dive the following day. On both dives we saw lots of marine life, far more than I thought we would, which completely took my mind off the weird experience of being able to breathe underwater, which did take me a little time to comprehend. We were both so glad we had a go, and we now plan to head back later in the year to take do the PADI courses with Manta.

All the team were friendly, professional, great fun and made us, as total beginners feel at ease, and they obviously love the job they do. 

Definitely something everyone should try if you're staying in the area. Thanks to the guys and gal at Manta for making our holiday one we won't forget.
