“Super Cool Unbelievable Brilliant Amazing!”

Just completed my padi open water diving course with Manta and had an amazing time! From the second we booked (months in advance) they were so helpful and friendly via email and when we arrived it only got better. 

At Manta they are genuinely some of the friendliest, caring people I have ever met! They were excellent at explaining things and going at the pace of the student and congratulating everyone with a high five when they completed a skill. 

I was a bit upset after inhaling some water at the end of the confined dives and got a big reassuring hug from Rachel. On the afternoon of my first day diving I got a bit anxious about going into the sea, remembering to do everything and doing the skills so I let one of the instructors know and he took me off on my own for a look around the bay with no pressure to do anything I wasn't happy to do. This really helped me get comfortable in the water and made me feel a lot better about coming back the next day. 

The next day Rachel took me out and was so patient and kind with me which made the experience so enjoyable and fun, she even suggested coming back the next day for the last two dives instead of having to do four in one day. This was great for me and I really appreciated it. 

On the last part of the course Rachel had drawn us a little well done message in the sand which made us smile 🙂 Every minute of the course was amazing thanks to the staff at Manta- you just know that they love what they are doing and that they want everyone else to enjoy it too, safety comes first for them which was really reassuring. 

I highly recommend Manta to anyone even if you have never dived before. I am already looking into coming back to do the Advanced Open Water course as I wouldn't want to do it with anyone. We came over as strangers and left as friends. Thanks to Rachel, Ollie, George, Joe, Ben and baby Isabella (for all the smiles)! See you soon xx
